Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup variatif di mana indeks Dow Jones dan S&P500 ditutup menguat sedangkan Nasdaq Composite ditutup di area negatif. Penguatan ditopang oleh reli pada saham sektor energi seiring dengan kenaikan harga minyak mentah setelah OPEC+ menyatakan memangkas produksi minyak mentahnya total sebanyak 1,16 juta barel per hari. Meskipun demikian kenaikan harga minyak mentah menimbulkan kekhawatiran akan mendorong kenaikan inflasi dan mempersulit The Fed dalam memutuskan kebijakan moneternya. Sementara itu harga minyak mentah menguat di atas level USD 80/barel. Harga emas juga menguat sempat di atas level USD2000/t.oz karena pelemahan dollar AS, namun kemudian penguatannya berkurang sehingga kembali di bawah level USD2000/t.oz.

IHSG pada perdagangan Senin 3 April 2023 ditutup menguat 0,32% pada level 6827. Saham sektor keuangan membukukan kenaikan terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor consumer noncyclical mengalami koreksi terbesar. Investor asing mencatatkan net buy Rp486,47 miliar termasuk transaksi di pasar non reguler. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6800/6785 dan resistance 6850/6875. Stock pick: BBRI, BMRI, BRIS, INCO, MEDC, PTBA, INDY
