Indeks di bursa Wall Street pada perdagangan akhir pekan lalu ditutup menguat, dipicu oleh data nonfarm payrolls yang mengindikasikan pasar tenaga kerja AS mengalami pemulihan yang cepat. Data nonfarm payrolls pada bulan Juni lalu menunjukkan penyerapan tenaga kerja sebanyak 850 ribu, meningkat dari bulan sebelumnya 583 ribu serta lebih tinggi dari estimasi 680 ribu. Namun tingkat pengangguran naik menjadi 5,9% dari 5,8%. Data tenaga kerja tersebut direspon pasar bahwa kenaikan data nonfarm payrolls menunjukkan indikasi ekonomi yang kuat pada semester II, namun masih belum menjadi pemicu bagi The Fed untuk mempercepat kenaikan suku bunga acuan. Yield US-Treasury dengan tenor 10 tahun mengalami penurunan, dollar AS melemah dan harga emas menguat. Pertemuan OPEC+ pada hari Jumat tidak berhasil mencapai kesepakatan dan akan melakukan pertemuan lagi pada hari Senin untuk membahas kebijakan produksi minyak mentah.
IHSG pada perdagangan Jumat 2 Juli 2021 ditutup menguat 0,28% pada level 6023. Saham sektor consumer cyclical membukukan kenaikan terbesar. Investor asing net sell Rp257,73 miliar. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6010/5992 dan resistance 6070/6114. Stock pick: ADRO, PTBA, CPIN, JPFA, WIKA
