Indeks di bursa Wall Street kembali ditutup melemah akibat meningkatnya kekhawatiran bahwa The Fed masih akan melanjutkan kenaikan suku bunganya seiring dengan potensi meningkatnya inflasi akibat kenaikan harga minyak mentah. Yield US-Treasury dengan tenor dua tahun mengalami kenaikan hingga di atas level 5%. Saham sektor teknologi mengalami koreksi terimbas kenaikan yield obligasi. Data sektor manufaktur dan jasa yang lebih baik dari estimasi juga mendorong kekhawatiran akan potensi kelanjutan kenaikan suku bunga The Fed. Indeks ISM sektor jasa bulan Agustus naik pada level 58,9% dan indeks ISM sektor manufaktur naik pada level 48,4%. Sementara itu harga minyak mentah berlanjut menguat akibat kekhawatiran akan turunnya cadangan minyak AS seiring dengan masih berlanjutnya pemangkasan produksi dari Arab Saudi dan Rusia. Sedangkan harga emas melemah seiring dengan kenaikan yield obligasi pemerintah AS.

IHSG pada perdagangan Rabu 6 September 2023 ditutup menguat 0,06% pada level 6995. Saham sektor energi membukukan penguatan terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor properti mengalami koreksi terbesar. Investor asing mencatatkan net sell Rp17,03 miliar termasuk transaksi di pasar non reguler. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6970/6950 dan resistance 7020/7050. Stock pick: TLKM, ISAT, EXCL, ADRO, PTBA, ESSA, INDY
