Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup melemah menjelang earning season pada pekan ini. Pasar khawatir akan dampak inflasi tinggi terhadap kinerja keuangan emiten pada kuartal II lalu. Investor memprediksi emiten akan menurunkan proyeksi kinerja keuangannya akibat tingginya inflasi, kenaikan suku bunga The Fed yang agresif serta melambatnya pertumbuhan. Earning season di Wall Street akan dimulai pada hari Selasa dengan dirilisnya laporan keuangan Pepsi Co, dilanjutkan pada hari Rabu dengan dirilisnya laporan keuangan Delta Air Lines. Para bank besar, seperti JP Morgan, Citigroup, Wells Fargo dan Morgan Stanley dijadwalkan juga akan merilis laporan pada pekan ini. Pasar juga menantikan data inflasi AS yang akan dirilis pada hari Rabu, yang diperkirakan meningkat menjadi 8,8% dari bulan sebelumnya 8,6%.

IHSG pada perdagangan Senin 11 Juli 2022 ditutup melemah 0,27% pada level 6722. Saham sektor teknologi mengalami koreksi terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor kesehatan membukukan penguatan terbesar. Investor asing net sell Rp202,76 miliar, termasuk transaksi non reguler. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6680/6600 dan resistance 6780/6830.
