Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup mix di mana indeks Dow Jones dan S&P500 ditutup melemah sedangkan Nasdaq Composite ditutup menguat terbatas. Pelemahan indeks Dow Jones antara lain disebabkan oleh tekanan jual pada saham Disney serta masih adanya kekhawatiran akan kesehatan bank regional di AS. Indeks PPI bulan April naik 0,2%, lebih rendah dari estimasi yang sebesar 0,3%. Data initial claims pekan lalu naik menjadi 264 ribu dari pekan sebelumnya 242 ribu.

IHSG pada perdagangan Kamis 11 Mei 2023 ditutup melemah 0,82% pada level 6755. Saham sektor basic material mengalami koreksi terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor consumer cyclical membukukan kenaikan terbesar. Investor asing mencatatkan net sell Rp911,24 miliar termasuk transaksi di pasar non reguler. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6710/6678 dan resistance 6790/6820. Stock pick: BBRI, BMRI, ASII, ICBP, JPFA, CPIN
