Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup menguat pada rekor tertinggi didorong oleh optimisme menjelang earning season triwulan II yang akan dimulai oleh laporan keuangan JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs dan Pepsico pada hari Selasa. Diikuti oleh Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Delta Air Lines dan BlackRock pada hari Rabu, serta Morgan Stanley, Truist dan UnitedHealth pada hari Kamis. Rata-rata laba emiten dalam indeks S&P500 diperkirakan tumbuh 65% yoy, yang merupakan pertumbuhan tertinggi sejak kuartal IV 2019. Investor juga mengantisipasi data ekonomi yang akan dirilis pada pekan ini termasuk data inflasi pada Selasa dan Rabu, serta penjualan ritel Juni pada hari Jumat. Selain itu investor juga menantikan testimoni Chairman The Fed Jerome Powell di hadapan Kongres pada hari Rabu dan Kamis.
IHSG pada perdagangan Senin 12 Juli 2021 ditutup menguat 0,64% pada level 6078. Saham sektor kesehatan membukukan kenaikan terbesar. Investor asing net buy Rp872,50 miliar, termasuk transaksi di pasar negosiasi saham LPPF dengan net buy investor asing senilai Rp879,72 miliar. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6060/6022 dan resistance 6114/6132. Stock pick: ASII, ISAT, CPIN, JPFA, INDF
