Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup melemah akibat data inflasi bulan Juni yang lebih tinggi dari perkiraan membayangi dimulainya earning season kuartal II /2021. Data inflasi AS bulan Juni mengalami pertumbuhan tercepat dalam hampir 13 tahun terakhir sebesar 5,4% yoy, lebih tinggi dari estimasi 5% yoy. Inflasi inti, di luar makanan dan energi, melaju 4,5% yoy, yang merupakan kenaikan tertinggi sejak September 1991 dan di atas estimasi yang sebesar 3,8% yoy. Data inflasi tersebut mendorong kenaikan yield obligasi pemerintah AS dengan tenor 10 tahun di atas level 1,4%. Sementara itu JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs dan Pepsi Co memulai earning season triwulan II dengan merilis kinerja yang lebih baik dari estimasi. Citigroup, Wells Fargo dan Bank of America dijadwalkan akan merilis laporan keuangan pada hari Rabu ini. Pasar juga menantikan testimoni Chairman The Fed Jerome Powell di hadapan Kongres pada hari Rabu dan Kamis ini.
IHSG pada perdagangan Selasa 13 Juli 2021 ditutup melemah 1,09% pada level 6012. Saham sektor teknologi mengalami pelemahan terbesar. Investor asing net buy Rp211,52 miliar. Laporan kenaikan kasus harian virus Covid-19 pada rekor baru kemarin, menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong profit taking yang terjadi pada perdagangan kemarin. Pertambahan kasus harian yang masih besar meningkatkan peluang PPKM Darurat akan diperpanjang, sehingga berpotensi pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak akan sebesar yang diperkirakan sebelumnya. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 5950/5913 dan resistance 6050/6080. Stock pick: INDF, ICBP, LSIP, KLBF, JSMR, MYOR, ADRO
