Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup menguat dipicu oleh pencatatan perdana IPO saham perancang chip, Arm, yang menguat signifikan. Kesuksesan IPO perusahaan teknologi ini mendorong optimisme pasar. Sementara itu inflasi inti tingkat produsen bulan Agustus tercatat sebesar 0,2%, sesuai dengan perkiraan. Namun indeks PPI non inti sebesar 0,7%, di atas estimasi yang sebesar 0,4%. Penjualan ritel bulan Agustus naik 0,6%, di atas perkiraan yang sebesar 0,1%. ECB sesuai dengan perkiraan menaikkan suku bunga sebesar 0,25%. Namun ECB menyatakan bahwa laju inflasi sudah melambat dan mengindikasikan akan segera menghentikan program kenaikan suku bunga. Harga minyak mentah menguat di atas level USD 90/barel untuk pertama kalinya sejak November 2022.

IHSG pada perdagangan Kamis 14 September 2023 ditutup menguat 0,34% pada level 6959. Saham sektor energi membukukan penguatan terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor consumer noncyclical mengalami koreksi terbesar. Investor asing mencatatkan net buy Rp964,99 miliar termasuk transaksi di pasar non reguler. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6930/6900 dan resistance 6980/7000. Stock pick: BBCA, BBNI, BRPT, ADRO, PGAS, PTBA, INDY, MBMA, NCKL, PGEO
