Market Review and Prediction:

Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup mix, dimana indeks Dow Jones ditutup menguat sedangkan indeks S&P500 dan Nasdaq Composite ditutup melemah, meskipun laporan kinerja beberapa emiten melebihi estimasi. Dari 18 emiten dalam indeks S&P500 yang telah merilis laporan keuangannya pada pekan ini, rata-rata laba persahamnya 18% lebih tinggi dibandingkan estimasi. Namun rata-rata emiten yang telah merilis laporan keuangannya justru mengalami koreksi, karena sudah diantisipasi sebelumnya. Chairman The Fed Jerome Powell dalam testimoninya di hadapan Komite Perbankan Senat, menyatakan bahwa The Fed akan melanjutkan evaluasi pemulihan ekonomi AS sebelum mengubah kebijakan moneternya yang akomodatif. Sementara itu data initial claims pekan lalu tercatat sebanyak 360 ribu orang, yang merupakan level terendah baru dalam era pandemi. Harga minyak mentah berlanjut melemah akibat kekhawatiran akan kenaikan suplay setelah adanya kesepakatan antar negara OPEC dan meningkatnya cadangan minyak AS. Sedangkan harga emas kembali menguat didorong oleh komentar Powell yang masih mempertahankan kebijakan moneter The Fed yang longgar serta kekhawatiran akan ekonomi global.
IHSG pada perdagangan Kamis 15 Juli 2021 ditutup menguat 1,13% pada level 6046. Saham sektor industri membukukan penguatan terbesar. Investor asing net buy Rp555,2 miliar. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6010/5985 dan resistance 6080/6114. Stock pick: TLKM, ASII, BBRI, BMRI, BBNI, ANTM, TINS, JSMR, ADRO
