Market Review and Prediction

Indeks di bursa Wall Street pada akhir pekan lalu ditutup melemah, setelah sehari sebelumnya mengalami rebound signifikan. Namun selama sepekan lalu, indeks Dow Jones masih menguat 1,15%, sedangkan indeks S&P500 dan Nasdaq Composite masing-masing melemah 1,55% dan 3,11%. Sentimen negatif berasal dari survey konsumer yang menunjukkan meningkatnya ekspektasi inflasi. Selain itu, yield US-Treasury tenor 10 tahun naik di atas level 4% karena ekspektasi kenaikan inflasi. Sementara itu harga minyak mentah mengalami koreksi akibat kecemasan akan potensi resesi ekonomi yang akan berdampak pada penurunan permintaan. Harga emas juga melemah akibat penguatan dollar AS.

IHSG pada perdagangan Jumat 14 Oktober 2022 ditutup melemah 0,96% pada level 6814. Saham sektor teknologi mengalami koreksi terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor industri membukukan kenaikan terbesar. Investor asing net sell Rp426,29 miliar termasuk transaksi di pasar non regular. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6778/6756 dan resistance 6850/6880.
