Market Review and Prediction

Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup melemah menjelang pertemuan The Fed yang dimulai kemarin. Konsensus pasar memprediksi The Fed tidak akan menaikkan suku bunga pada pertemuan kali ini. Pasar juga akan menantikan proyeksi ekonomi dari The Fed, terutama prospek mengenai inflasi dan kebijakan moneter berikutnya. Sementara itu yield US-Treasury dengan tenor 10 tahun naik pada level tertinggi sejak November 2007. Harga minyak mentah melemah akibat profit taking setelah menguat pada level tertinggi sejak November 2022.

IHSG pada perdagangan Selasa 19 September 2023 ditutup menguat 0,64% pada level 6980. Saham sektor basic material membukukan penguatan terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor consumer cyclical mengalami koreksi terbesar. Investor asing mencatatkan net buy Rp389,58 miliar termasuk transaksi di pasar non reguler. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6950/6920 dan resistance 7000/7020. Stock pick: BBCA, BBNI, BMRI, BRPT, MBMA, PGEO, ADMR, ADRO, INDY
