Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup melemah terbatas di tengah perdagangan yang fluktuatif. Pasar juga terbeban oleh komentar Chairman The Fed Jerome Powell di hadapan Kongres yang mengulangi komitmen The Fed untuk memerangi inflasi yang mengalami kenaikan hingga mencapai level tertinggi dalam 40 tahun terakhir. The Fed akan terus melanjutkan kebijakan moneternya hingga inflasi mengalami penurunan. Powell juga menyatakan bahwa akibat dari pengetatan kebijakan moneter tersebut tanpa menyebabkan ekonomi mengalami resesi adalah tantangan yang besar. Kekhawatiran akan potensi terjadinya resesi telah menjadi sentimen negatif di Wall Street. Citigroup menaikkan potensi resesi global menjadi 50%, data menunjukkan masyarakat mulai menahan pengeluarannya.

IHSG pada perdagangan Rabu 22 Juni 2022 ditutup melemah 0,85% pada level 6984. Saham sektor basic materials mengalami koreksi terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor consumer noncyclical menjadi satu-satunya sektor yang menguat. Investor asing net sell Rp67,79 miliar, termasuk transaksi di pasar negosiasi dengan atas saham LINK dengan net buy investor asing sebesar Rp1,19 triliun serta saham SMMA dengan net sell investor asing sebesar Rp884,68 miliar dan saham BRMS dengan net sell investor asing Rp107 miliar. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6925/6858 dan resistance 7050/7085. Stock pick: ADRO, PTBA, ADMR, ISAT, UNTR, INDF
