Market Review and Prediction

Indeks di bursa Wall Street pada perdagangan akhir pekan lalu ditutup variatif, dimana indeks Dow Jones ditutup menguat, sedangkan indeks S&P500 dan Nasdaq Composite ditutup melemah. Investor melakukan rotasi sektor dari teknologi ke bluechips, didukung oleh laporan kinerja keuangan yang kuat. Namun saham Intel dan Snap mendorong koreksi Nasdaq Composite akibat laporan keuangan yang mengecewakan. Sementara itu harga minyak mentah kembali menguat akibat suplay minyak AS yang masih ketat. Namun penguatan harga minyak terbatas akibat harga gas dan batu bara yang melemah. Sedangkan harga emas menguat ditopang oleh melemahnya dollar AS. Data indikator ekonomi AS yang akan dirilis pada pekan ini diantaranya indeks harga rumah, consumer confidence, new home sales, durable orders, GDP Q3, personal income, personal spending dan PCE prices.
IHSG pada perdagangan Jumat 22 Oktober 2021 ditutup menguat 0,16% pada level 6643. Saham sektor infrastruktur membukukan penguatan terbesar. Sedangkan saham sektor konsumer noncyclical mengalami koreksi terbesar. Investor asing net buy Rp1,189 triliun. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6600/6550 dan resistance 6685/6693. Stock pick: BBRI, BBCA, ARTO, TLKM, TBIG, TOWR, SCMA
