Market Review and Prediction

Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup menguat setelah pada akhir pekan lalu mengalami koreksi signifikan. Yield US-Treasury turun setelah pada akhir pekan lalu mengalami kenaikan setelah data indeks PCE prices mengalami kenaikan dan lebih tinggi dari perkiraan. Pasar juga menantikan dirilisnya laporan keuangan saham peritel pada pekan ini. Pembelian selektif terhadap saham-saham yang telah mengalami penurunan tajam mendorong penguatan indeks pada perdagangan kemarin. Sementara itu data durable goods order pada bulan Januari turun lebih besar dari perkiraan. Harga minyak mentah melemah akibat kekhawatiran akan dampak berlanjutnya kenaikan suku bunga The Fed terhadap ekonomi dan permintaan minyak mentah. Sedangkan harga emas rebound karena koreksi dollar AS dan yield US-Treasury.

IHSG pada perdagangan Senin 27 Februari 2023 ditutup melemah 0,03% pada level 6854. Saham sektor kesehatan mengalami koreksi terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor properti dan real estate membukukan penguatan terbesar. Investor asing mencatatkan net buy Rp 3,389 triliun termasuk transaksi di pasar non reguler. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6820/6780 dan resistance 6880/6915. Stock pick: BBRI, BMRI, BBCA, BBNI, ASII, ISAT, UNTR, MEDC, INCO, INDF, MDKA
