Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup melemah setelah sebelumnya sempat menguat. Data ekonomi yang mengecewakan mendorong koreksi tersebut. Indeks keyakinan konsumen AS bulan Juni turun pada level 98,7 dari bulan sebelumnya 103,2, serta di bawah estimasi di level 100. Melemahnya data ini seiring dengan meningkatnya kekhawatiran akan terjadinya resesi ekonomi seiring dengan kebijakan The Fed untuk menaikkan suku bunga secara agresif sebagai upaya menurunkan laju inflasi. Data inflasi menurut survey konsumen meningkat pada level 8%, yang merupakan level tertinggi sejak Agustus 1987.

IHSG pada perdagangan Selasa 28 Juni 2022 ditutup melemah 0,28% pada level 6996. Saham sektor basic materials mengalami koreksi terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor energi membukukan kenaikan terbesar. Investor asing net sell Rp1,494 triliun, termasuk transaksi di pasar negosiasi. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6920/6860 dan resistance 7050/7085.
